These terms describe the SMS service you are opting into when you text or otherwise sign up to receive messages from Karen's Got It.

Program name

Karen's Got It, an AI receptionist service operated by Indian Lakes Marketing LLC.

Service description

Karen's Got It is an AI receptionist SMS service. When you text a number handled by Karen, our system replies on behalf of the business you're contacting. Karen collects the details needed to schedule your appointment, books that appointment on the business's calendar, and sends you a confirmation and reminder by text.

Message frequency

Message frequency varies based on your interaction with the service. You will typically receive a reply when you initiate a conversation, a confirmation message after your appointment is booked, and a reminder message before your appointment.

Cost

Message and data rates may apply. Any charges are billed by and payable to your mobile carrier. Karen's Got It does not charge for the messages it sends to you.

Opt out

You can opt out of the service at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. After you reply STOP, you will receive a confirmation that you have been unsubscribed and will not receive further messages.

Carrier disclaimer

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Supported carriers include all major U.S. carriers, but service availability may vary by region and device.
